At Tul-C by Bhavya Soparia, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Each piece is carefully designed and inspected before reaching you. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is as follows:

Eligibility for Refund

1. Refund requests must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery.

2. The jewellery must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

3. Items that have been opened, worn, customized, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Process for Refund

2. Once your request is approved, you will be guided on how to return the unopened product.

3. After inspection of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Conditions

• Opened or tampered packaging.
